Your baseline is the average of your own reported biometric data values of the previous 30 days.
ex: Baseline Resting Heart Rate = Average of your Resting Heart Rate over the last 30 days.
We compare today's numbers (e.g. today's Nocturnal HRV) with your own corresponding baseline number to determine various things about you. e.g Recovery Score, Sleep Score, etc.
